Operating the MCP from a Browser
Take a Browser, add a basic Algol HTTP Server connected to a sophisticated MCP Scripting Engine, and the result is an extensible Web based Graphical Operator Interface. This presentation demonstrates the Browser interface and describes how the Scripting Engine models MCP information as attributes of system objects such as Files, Mix Entries and Units. These attributes, some of which are hyperlinked to related system objects, are used to dynamically generate Markup which is rendered by the Browser, thereby presenting the MCP system as a navigable Web.
