MCP vs Product Compatibility Matrix
The matrix below indicates the minimum preferred levels of Metalogic software required for recent levels of MCP.
It is important to note that the versions shown for the MAGUS library are the minimum levels required; running earlier MAGUS levels may affect Metalogic software adversely and give unpredictable behaviour.  computers

*Special note!

For MCP 48.1A9 or later, please note that you must use MAGUS version 480.07 or later; running earlier Magus versions on such MCP levels may exhibit various problems. Please see the news item here.

For MCP 48.1A42 or later, please note that you must use Magus version 480.11 or later. Running an earlier version will cause Magus to enter a tight processor loop on initialisation. Please see the news item here.

In the above table NYQ means not yet qualified.

**Additional note!

Metalogic software releases compatible with MCP 48.1 (HMP 7.0) are also compatible with MCP 49.1 (HMP 8.0) and 40.1 (HMP 9.0) except that various informational warning messages may be seen. The exception to this rule is Copywrite which requires version 470.75 for 49.1 compatibility.

The versions of all major Metalogic software are currently set to 501.xx; if you are intending to migrate to to MCP 48.1 or 49.1 in the future, we strongly recommend that you request a new release from us.
